Tomorrow It Starts: Week Challenge

From Sunday 5/13/12 Until Saturday 5/19/12 11:59:59PM EST 

  • No soda (even diet)
  • 8 ounces of water minimum daily
  • coffee must be black or with Stevia
  • no desserts, chips, crap… basically packaged food and sweets
  • no red meat
  • no peanut butter! (this may be my downfall)

This is honestly how I should be eating everyday but that is just not realistic (let’s be honest) so I’ll start with one week and take it from there.

Exercise:

  • Run everyday, even if it’s just a mile (or other cardio)
  • stretch everyday before run and after

Overall:

  • Do not exceed 1200 cals per day
  • Get active everyday
  • Don’t eat processed crap
  • Hydrate 

Most Importantly:

  • Don’t forget your mothers tomorrow :)
